LILA'S RECIPES

"Along with sleep, what you eat is likely the

best determinant of how healthy you are." -Modern Forager

I am a total foodie and LOVE being super creative in the kitchen! I utilize basic recipes as a rough outline and then, combined with my experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I re-create them to be healthier for you to enjoy. This involves swapping out ingredients and adding new ones, too! You can do the same in your kitchen as well. Once you try these, be sure to share with a friend!
