LO Solutions Policies

Please request the complete list of LO Solutions Policies. The policies contain client policies, as well as the guarantees that I personally agree to uphold at each visit-for each and every client.

Abbreviated LO Solutions Policies:

-    Pre-payment is required on all scheduled appointments to guarantee your time.

-    LO Solutions is on time for appointments and guarantees your appointment time and length. Let's work together to stay on time so all clients will have their scheduled amount of time with me.

-    There is a 48 hour cancellation policy on all appointments- from the time of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedules by phone only, no email.

-    All rescheduled appointments must be made within the month (if possible) and are not "rolled over", rather make-ups are given.

-    Any late appointments receive the remainder of the appointment time.  LO Solutions will wait for 15 minutes for you to arrive and will try to contact you in every way possible when you are late.

-    Any missed appointments are charged in full.

-    Follow up visits are 55 minutes in length to allow LO Solutions to be on-time for every client.
